In this page I show you the application of some of the ECAD & Modeling projects whose I prior talked.

 

In particular The bench showed below was a powerfull tool for inspecting bias property of RF ILOs.

All bench is wired by IEEE488 and controlled by an host machine in which was running a run-time command oriented system (transera HTB).

The full instrumental chain is comprensive of:

2x HP signal generator;

2x Keithley SMU;

2x Keithley DMU;

2x Oscilloscope;

1x HP Spectrum Analyzer;

1x HP Frequency counter;

2x DC power supply;

1x Host machine;
